SALES MANAGER, MEMBERSHIP & DONOR SERVICES (F/T)

Description of Position:

This newly created position will manage the Cleveland Zoological Society’s (CZS) membership program, including recruitment and retention strategy implementation, sales team supervision and leadership, supervision of data entry group and coordination of customer and donor services. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday during peak season (April – September); Monday - Friday during off season (October – March). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university • Three to five years of related sales/retail management experience with proven leadership and results in guest relations, customer service and sales • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadline in a demanding, fun, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated analytical skills and strong written / verbal communications • Word processing, Microsoft Excel and database management (Raiser’s Edge experience preferred) Reports to the Director of External Relations.
