PRSA chapter unveils newly-redesigned website
10/8/2008
The new website for the Greater Cleveland chapter of the Public Relations Society of America is here!.
The new site – featuring its first major changes in nearly seven years -- has a cleaner, more sophisticated look with considerably more photos and graphics. But more than just updated looks, this new site – right here at www.prsacleveland.org – also has significant improvements enhancing the site’s utility, making it a must-have link for all public relations students, practitioners and those with whom they do business.
The improvements were created with the help of one of the association’s new partners, thunder::tech, a Cleveland-based integrated marketing agency. (www.thundertech.com).
Please take a few moment to peruse the site's many new improvements:
“This new site really speaks to the association’s emphasis on the importance of effective and efficient communication,’’ said Brad Kostka, President of the Greater Cleveland PRSA chapter. “We really wanted a site that would be a benefit to members, saving them time and energy, and providing them with job prospects, professional development opportunities and insights they have come to expect from our association.”
Kevin Ziegler, public relations coordinator at thunder::tech and a PRSA member, said the new site is a quantum leap over the previous version, and displays the association’s commitment to its members.
“Our team envisioned this site as a must-have bookmark for anyone in the Greater Cleveland PR industry,” Ziegler said. “It’s intuitive and easy to use.”
Chartered in 1947, the Public Relations Society of America is the world’s largest organization for public relations professionals. The Greater Cleveland Chapter of PRSA serves the needs of public relations professionals in Northeast Ohio. Affiliated with the East Central District of PRSA, the chapter consists of approximately 300 members.
