The Senior Global Talent Communications Specialist will develop Goodyear’s employer brand through internal and external coordination specifically amplifying and maintaining its digital presence and finding virtual or physical opportunities to develop meaningful connection with potential employees. This role will also be instrumental in developing a strategy to encourage Goodyear’s network of existing associates to be employer brand ambassadors sharing their experiences through social and digital platforms with specific emphasis on fostering this behavior within our Employee Resource Groups.
Through original content creation and monitoring of key career sites, the role will ensure Goodyear presents as a great place to work maintaining best-in-class content on Goodyear’s corporate web site, LinkedIn and other high-reach, key channels. This role will also develop standard communications practices for leaders to aid in recruiting of teams and high-profile talent.
Through a proactive and creative mindset, this role will seek out and find new ways for the company to maintain connection with prospective employees and ensure content is reaching highly targeted audiences. Also, the role will influence and establish standard onboarding communications materials representative of Goodyear’s employer brand.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in communications, journalism or marketing. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in a communications and/or HR field.
• Experience successfully leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
• Experience developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Prior experience developing strategies for outreach or recruiting programs, desired not required.
