About The Job
We are looking for a creative thinker with an audience-first mindset to:
– Create compelling content for target audiences
– Share that content on appropriate channels
-Measure the results and optimize accordingly

Job Responsibilities
– Create content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
– Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet objectives
– Create content to be distributed via blogs, social media, email, print collateral, and other channels as appropriate
– Apply SEO best practices, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
– Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows
– Manage digital content hubs and all supporting social channels
– Measure and optimize on an ongoing basis

Our Ideal Candidate Has
– Bachelor degree in writing, journalism, marketing, or equivalent working experience
– Experience creating compelling online content for target audiences
– Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences will find interesting and how to create it
– Ability to transform content for multiple channels including blogs, email, and social media
– Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales
– Experience creating email campaigns using software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Exact Target, etc.
– Experience with CMS and CRM software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.
– Experience managing professional social media accounts
– Proficiency with Google Analytics and social media analytics
– Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication
